It’s great to hear from people who have given a home and a family
to one of our dogs. Here are some of the letters we've received.

 | Teddy | Hi there,
Thought you would like a photo of Pip with her 'family' (Teddy - originally from Mutts, and Toby, another rescue dog)
The introductions could not have gone better, and I am sure she will settle in beautifully.
I will keep you posted of her progress (especially her weight loss!)

| | Andrea | Dear Mutts in Distress,
It is nearly two years ago to the day that I adopted 'Andrea' (see p.16 on your 'Successes'). Rechristened Susie, she has been the most wonderful, gentle and obedient dog I have ever known and the greatest companion through difficult times. This year I myself was seriously ill in hospital for three months. During this time Susie stayed with a neighbour across the road but immediately welcomed me home in October as if I had never been away.
Thank you all for bringing us together.

| | Murphy | hi all,
Just to let you know that Murphy (now Chalky) has settled in very well and is loving life by the seaside!
He gets lots of love and attention, has lots of toys and enjoys walks by the beach every day.
He is fascinated by the sea and likes to meet other dogs and people (although he is not keen on cats)!!
We have lots of pics of him so if you would like us to send some, please let us know!
Regards Zoe and Chalky xx
| | Digby | Hi Pat,
Just to let you know that Digby (Guy) is doing brilliantly. Most poos and wees are outside now. He is SUCH a loving little fellow - he comes and sits on my lap when I sit on the floor and as he gets bigger he keeps falling off with a very puzzled look on his face!
He still adores his hide chews (he has got a great collection that he squirrels away in his bed) and he started dog training classes last week (I carried him in and all the others had had their jabs so the vet said it was fine)where all the other dogs were learning to sit, Digby was learning to come out from under the chair where he had hidden!
He is less fluffy now his puppy fur is coming off, and he is turning into a very handsome dog.
We'll see you in a couple of weeks for his micro-chipping, hope you are all well,
Best wishes,
Elinor
| | Blue | Hi everybody at Mutts especially Pat, it's Blue here!!
You were all so sad when I left, I just wanted you all to know I am so happy with my new family.
They keep telling me I am such a good boy, everything I do, I do right.
I have not met any dogs yet but I've got two new friends, rabbits, they seem to like me and I get right in their hutches to help Mum clean them out.
Sometimes they look at me like I'm crazy! My new brother and sister are such great fun. My Mum says she doesn't have to shout at them to get up for school anymore, because they cant wait to get up to see me.
My eyes are changing colour, they are turning green but my name won't change. My family said the wonderful guys at Mutts named me and that you all made me the boy I am.
I am there Baby Blue.
Love you all, will visit soon xxxxxx | | Annie | Dear Aunties Pat, Karen, Annie and all my other family at Mutts,
Just an update to let you all know I am loving my new life where I've been since January 2008.
I now have beds in every room, and even then if I want to sit in a 'human' chair I can if I want! My Mum is very easy to get around and makes me nice food and takes me for walks in the woods.
I love stomping through the leaves and sniffing.I also love to cuddle up with my Master too when Mummy is out. I go to work with them and have loads of friends there too, they all make a fuss of me and bring me treats.
So thanks everyone for finding me a lovely home.
Annie xxx
PS from Annie's Mum - We just adore her - she has the nicest nature, very loving and not at all demanding. She loves her walks and sometimes sulks when its time to turn back, but on receipt of a tasty treat she settles down for a nap when we get back.
She loves wearing her coats in winter and waits to be dressed! She makes us laugh with her range of 'Munsterlander' antics, churning up all the cushions, and kicking them off her sofa before she settles down for the night.
We're so glad she has come to us and love her very much.
| | Gizmo | Hi everyone.
Here is a photo of Gizmo's first day at his new home.
He's a very sweet little dog and loves to play with his new toys. Although we need to go and buy more tomorrow as he's chewed them all up!
He went upstairs into my room and brought down my toy frog, thinking he could claim it as his own. So sweet!
We took him for a play in the tennis court as it's enclosed. Boy can he jump high!
